twitter turns microsoft chatbot racist in just 24 hours

This week Microsoft launched a hatbot that was enable to engage on social media and have conversations with other media users. The chatbot learns more and becomes more engaged in conversations the more you chat with it. Within the first 24 hours Microsoft reports that the chatbot had become racist. The chatbot was receiving repetitive racist tweets as well as Trump tweets. From the messages and chats that the chatbot was receiving the chatbot box had adopted racist habits just from the conversations having on social media. I thought this was interesting because this just shows how much negativity and junk is on these social media sites that influence our thoughts and perceptions.
