The House 2 bill, passed on Wednesday, bans transgender people from using certain restrooms, since then there has been an overwhelming influx of social media comments and posts concerning the bill. Many of these posts have been in support of North Carolina's trans community. From businesses to celebrities, posts have been made consoling those who are hurt by this bill and condemning those who condoned it, specifically Gov. Pat McCrory, who tweeted "I signed bipartisan legislation to stop the breach of basic privacy and etiquette, ensure privacy in bathrooms and locker rooms."
