Valdosta students escorted out of Donald Trump rally
two days ago at a Donald Trump rally, some 30 students were escorted out of the facility. All of these students had payed to see Candidate Trump and they claim that they were there to gain knowledge and to understand his campaign. The police cited that the students were making a disturbance in the rally. An account of the event from one of the students, states that they were standing peacefully in the complex. I think because it was a large group of colored students the police assumed that they were at the rally to protest, therefore making judgment that they were causing a disturbance. What i want to get into is how the republican channeled networks were reporting the story. They were only showing video of the students asking why they were being escorted while they had there fist up. They assumed that they were with the #blacklivesmatter movement because of this action. They made it seemed like this was the reason why they were being escorted and that this was the disturbance when the mistake was made on the polices end for assuming. This is an example of framing and also frankinbiting as they only show what they want you to see and not the full story. I believe MSNBC was one of the networks that reported it right, obtaining a police statement and interviewing students who were there and were escorted out.

As I said in my blog post, Donald Trump's campaign is really scary. Unfortunately, it's only getting worse. The issues of race and violence in his campaign are unthinkable in 2016.
