Similar to our class discussion, the article focuses on the fact that Asian Americans fulfill the role of either the role-model minority or simply very stereotypical. The article mentions how Asian men are emasculated in the media and how the women are hyper-sexualized. One interesting perspective in this article was that Asian Americans are often portrayed at the expense of other marginalized groups.
