Justin Bieber was recently seen at a award show with dreadlocks, he was accepting an award when everyone noticed what he had done to his hair. This brings up the question is this cultural appropriation? many media outlets have talked about this situation saying Bieber is stealing something that black people have claimed. Bieber has not made a statement on is hair or if he thinks something is wrong with it. What do you think?
