Micheal Sam

Michael Sam is an openly gay football player who was cut from the St. Louis Rams before the season started and has recently came out and said he should have waited to come about his sexuality. he also said that him coming out so early hurt his NFL career and the media made it out to something way bigger than it should have been. When Michael Sam came out he had millions of people behind him and people supported him but, the media talked about this subject so much that the NFL saw it as a off the field issue and it hurt his chance at his role.
