Why the female generational divide for Hillary Clinton?

Hillary is struggling to win the over female voters aged 45 years and younger whereas her male rival Sanders has won over 64% of that domain. Why is she falling short of female supporters? Can we blame this on the gender construction of women in the media, specifically the misinterpretation of feminism? Or, is this the makings of the fourth wave?

Young female voters are frustrated that older female supporters are criticizing them for not voting according to gender. This generation feels that they shouldn't vote for her just because she's a woman, rather vote for her because she values their principles and morals. Younger voters are taking a stand, not anti-feminism as the media is imposing, but to return to the fundamental purpose of voting: having their voice heard.

The issue now is much deeper than defying the feminist status quo, it's exercising the right women earned, voting to choose what represents their ideals.
