NFL Female Coach

Buffalo Bills recently hired a new special teams coach Kathryn Smith, who is the first full time female NFL coach. the media is making a huge deal about this recent hiring of the first female coach in the NFL. some people are happy about her being hired and think it is great for the sport, but some people are very angry that a women who has no football background at all is being paid to coach something that she's never done at a high level. In my opinion I think the Buffalo Bills made a great choice in hiring a female coach and I think it is great for the game in general.
