New ABC President
ABC Entertainment has a new president. Not the normal old, white, and rich male. An African-American female named Channing Dungey. I found out this news on my twitter news feed and was so happy to see Ms. Dungey as the new face of ABC and not the same old white guy. I was actually surprised there wasn't more media coverage on this story because ABC is such a huge network and television channel. I am very excited to see what Ms. Dungey does in the near future to set herself aside from all the other presidents.

I am actually surprised that there isn't more media coverage on this topic either. Especially since it is Black History Month, but nonetheless this is a huge achievement not only for her, but for the network as well. I am glad to see that there are strides being made not only as it relates to racial equality but gender equality as well! Well done ABC. Hopefully, we may see more non-biased content. *fingers crossed
