Manny Pacquiao
Professional Boxer Manny Pacquiao, recently said in a recent interview that he is totally against gay marriage. Manny Pacquiao is a political figure in the Philippines and is use to speaking on his opinion but Gay marriage is huge deal in America and his statement on gay marriage really made people uncomfortable. Many media outlets got a hold of this interview and made a huge deal out of his interview this caused a major company like Nike to drop him from the company.

I feel his is entitled to his own opinion and should not be penalized for speaking his mind.

ReplyDeleteKevin Durant tweeted gay slurs early in his career... He is still with Nike. The fact that Manny is on the decline in his career may be a reason.
